Momentum, causality, whatever is put in front of us drives us down strange paths. If we don't do things with intention - things and circumstances start to run us versus the other way around. The beautiful thing about momentum is it works both ways. Once you spark a good idea it can have a chain reaction of other good ideas. Just like a downward spiral is self perpetuating so is an upward spiral. Once you spark the idea of living your life with more intention and creativity as opposed to reaction and repetition it grows and new ideas and ways of looking at the world abound. You just have to capture and sort them then. Below is a HEAP of some "random" ideas that are coming to my mind.

IDEA HEAP =D
- Reconnect with someone who added a lot of meaning to your life but you lost touch with due to momentum
- Go for a relaxed 20 minute walk \ run every day in nature preferably under the sun perhaps after you wake up, maybe include a friend or your partner sometimes.
- Start a small easy positive and healthy habit by a locating and doing something for 5-20 minutes each day until it blossoms on its own: writing, reading, drawing, playing drums, you fill in the blank to what's meaningful to you and your dreams!
- Slowly start to delete\unfollow friends\influencers that don't really add value to your life
- Start an idea journal
- Try to make a habit of not context switching a lot to be more productive with the time you do have
- Before starting a diet - take 20 minutes of your time to collect 10-20 AMAZING recipes of mouth watering good and healthy foods that inspire you and happen to fit your diet so that it's easy for you to make a positive choice when you get hangry!!!!!
- Go do Jordan Peterson's 90 minute self authoring process to help you get direction in life
- Start to be mindful of the things you are mindful about =D
- Start to be mindful of your immediate mental and emotional reaction to things, the words you then use - and ask yourself is this realistic or am I catastrophizing or over exaggerating?
- STAY IN THE MOMENT WHEN WITH YOURSELF! Oh my god this one helped my anxiety so much. I would jump around my head and not finish my own sentences. Slow down - finish the sentences, make sure they are grounded in reality and not over exaggerating. Especially when things get hectic try and slow down rather then speed up.. Counterintuitive but really worked for me. Worth discussing on Podcast!
- Remind yourself and be mindful of the fact that every decade in your life is almost like another lifetime. So much can happen and so much can change. Some of the most famous people in the world did not achieve their greatest achievements until later into their lives!
- Be mindful of the fact that you should never compare yourself to anyone else but you. It will bring peace and objectivity.
- Be open to the fact that you are better then you think you are at somethings, and worse than you think you are at other things.
